My Small Group for the week. I loved getting to know each of them on a spiritual level
Apts. being tiled
hair flair ain't for sissys:)
digging out and getting rid of the old merry go round
pulling down and getting rid of the cement tower
welding a new stair well
painting the living skills apt.
pouring the tuck shop roof
painting encouragement on dorm walls
picking up a job as an ice cream sales man.
Fun at Ocho Rios!
Lighting the Fire One More Time.
Saying Good Bye:(
Thank You Jesus for This Team and the Blessing They Are!
Erin -- we've never met but I read about you on Tami's blog this morning. I'm not really commenting so that I can "win" but just wanted to let you know that if Tami respects someone, she means business and I listen up! :) It was fun to look at your last few blog posts and see that you got a chance for some R&R at home with loved ones AND got to have a group from home come visit. That must be soooo encouraging! Keep fighting the good fight! "Therefore, my dear [sister], stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give [yourself] fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain." 1 Corinthians 15:58
I enjoyed Tami's blog on you and thought, Erin is so not going to like the attention..but giving glory to God..His fire burns a little brighter in the hearts of our local church and we are reaping the benefits of the blessings of them worshiping with you all for a week. Wishing you God's continued blessing on your ministry! our love and prayers! I didn't check what Tami is giving away....not why I commented..but it was a great suggestion for her to make! :)
Erin, I've only gotten to meet you once I think...but Tam has spoken highly of you any time your name is mentioned. Thank you for the work you're doing down in Jamaica. We are so grateful.
Erin--likewise we've never met but read about you via Tami's blog--how fun to look at your post today and actually see people I know. Ryan and Lori Steidinger are good friends of ours and also Jessica Robinson. Thanks for doing what you are doing for The Kingdom! Blessings to you!
I don't know you, but am a good friend of Tami...and if Tami likes you, I know I'd like you too! I have prayed for you through the little 'missionary book' i have from World Relief but have never met...saying a special prayer today for you and your work down in Jamaica!
Oh Erin! I loved all these Gridley pictures! Hearing about their trip made me miss you : ) It's been so long but I want you to know that I love you and am praying for you. Thank you for letting God use you in Jamaica...God is doing a mighty work!
Erin, I work with your mom and as well as reading Tami's blog I have hopped over to yours from time to time! Hope you have a wonderful day! God Bless Miranda
You probably don't know me either but I am Kate Ringger's sis-in-law so I have heard all about you and ALL of what Tami wrote is exactly how Kate describes you! I am also the sister of Austin and Zach that were down there with the Gridley team so it was good to see the pics of that week. Boys don't take pics but I DID hear about the tower being pulled down and how AWESOME that was! :) I especially heard about Harvey's solo that resulted from this tower! Thanks for being willing to be in the center of God's will!
Erin, You know that normally I'd just email you but Tami issued such a great challenge I just couldn't resist. As I read Tami's post all I could think was "Amen" to each thing that Tami said about you. And I laughed out loud thinking about how embarrassed you'd be reading her post about you :) Remember, God loves you and so do I! -Kate
Hi Erin! Um? Tami? We have got a great idea. If you pay the gift forward to us, we will pay it forward to someone special that we know. You see, we have this girl that lives right next door to us and she is really cool and she blesses us big time. I am guessing that she could really use whatever gift you are giving. We will just pay it forward to her. What do ya think?
WOW! Look at all your comments! You are loved and blessed:) And the post made me wish I would've been there. I have GOT to see that campus now with no tower! Love you:)

Looks like such a fun group!! It's always fun to see faces I recognize. Looks like you had a pretty good minister for that trip. ;)
