Love the everyday.

Sister is going through a 'cheese' phase and I am loving the smiles
I am getting out of it!
David growing so fast. He seems to have gotten so much more
alert in the last few months.
Sisters new favorite place to nap. It works everyday.
Put her in the swing, give her a blanket, and in 5 min.
she is out.
This boy is FINALLY walking! we have been
working daily on it and this week he got up
one afternoon and just started going. BUT
he will only walk when HE feels like it.
Its so fun to see how proud of himself he gets
when he gets up and starts going.
Stone loves watching/playing with his hands. It keeps him entertained
for hours. He will hold his hands up and just look at them, laugh,
and look some more. So thankful he has been able to stay healthy
for the last few months!
Tafique throwing one of his morning fits when the aunties go inside
and don't ask him to join them:) The rough life of a 2 year old.
 Omar looking so grown up.
John getting to be such a big boy!
My Drama Mama!
This kid is one extreme or the other, and I love him to pieces!

How Beautiful Are The Feet.

This verse came to me as I was sitting beside this lady
at Falmouth infirmary. She didn't talk, she just sat there,
and smiled at me, touched my hand, patted my back,
and smiled at me again.

Its incredible who God uses to minister the 'good news'
of His love for us. And how he does it so perfectly
through a smile, the touch of a hand, and a pat on the back.

Thank You Jesus for These Moments!

Lazy Sat. Mornings

Its been to long since I have been able to have a lazy Saturday
morning with the kids here at KP.
It was nice.
It was a beautiful sunny morning with a great breeze and we did
our best to simply soak it in.
Its been windy enough recently that the kite building
has begun again, and there are now daily kites
everywhere.
The boys search the campus high and low (and
pull from the rubbish bin), bringing me
all the possible pieces that can be used to
make a kite.

Good Times Had By All.

Thank You Jesus for these Memories!

KP Beatification Projects

Its that time of year again. Sports day is in less then
a month away, and the 'houses' are already competing to
earn points for their team. Each 'house' took over
a raised flower bed, down at the school, and fixed
it up to earn points for their team.
They all turned out great.... except the 4th flower
bed that was just ignored because their are only
3 houses:)

JOC Visit

We had the JOC (Jamaica opperational committee) here last week,
they came with their wives, and they brought Lynn and Leonda Stiglitz.
It was a fun week and the picture above shows how many of my days
started....early!
Thankfully, this is how/where we spent the first day of their
arrival. It was LOVELY!

The next day we started our visits.
 Blossom Gardens
 St. James Infirmary

 Falmouth Infirmary
 Juci Patti in Falmouth.
Blake's favorite part of the trip:D
Pastor Morris and Ms. Morgan at Mile Gully
Going over the blue prints for the New Hope Addition!!!

Its was so fun to watch the JOC loving on my babies at New Hope!

I Praise Jesus for my team!
 They are the Best!
The Group for the week
(minus Tashi who had to go back to work).

Jamaica Day

Last week, before the kids went on mid term break, we had Jamaica
Day here at Knockpatrick.
Getting the kids excited about Jamaica.
Nicholas starting the time off with Prayer.
 Pre primary/ primary school

 middle school/ high school
The government debate between with  Mr. Andrew Holness
(Pastor Damian), Ms. Portia Simpson the prime minister
(Ms. Johnson), and their supporters (vocational students).
 One of the many displays.
 Just for Kirk.
And to finish it all off the 2 different goverment
parties come together to sing a song :)

Thank You Jesus for these Fun Days.

Jumble Sale

A few weeks ago we had a big jumble sale.
These days always start WAY to early.
But they are always worth it.
 Jumble sales are intense.
I would compare it to black Friday in the states.
They have areas blocked off, They have older boys
positioned as "body gaurds" so people don't
steal. And there are lots of extra eyes on the look
out as the chaos begins.
I didn't get any pictures of the hordes of people, but it
was fun to watch them come. They advertised that it would
be at the gate of the school, Then moved it to up by the offices.
When they informed the group waiting at the gate of the change,
there was a 'race' to the top of the hill and the sale that awaited
to get 'first dibs'.
(This was all happening at/before 6 a.m.)

Praising Jesus for another successful day!

God Knows.

She just arrived  @ New Hope this afternoon.
She doesn't have a name.
But the Amazing thing is. She was created for a purpose
God knows exactly why she is here and His plans for her.

Please be praying.

The Babies

I am thankful to have found some balance between New Hope and
School. The mornings are spent at New Hope and the afternoons
at C.C.C.D. So thankful how God is working in both these ministries
in my life.
Making sure Timothy gets in on snack time.
Dance party during the birthday party.
Tafique using me as a bridge to crawl under
This picture cracks me up. I love Kyle's expression towards Blake.
I can only imagine what he is thinking:D
Baby girl and I going for a walk.
My little fashionista. This girl has got style.
The frillier, sparklier, girlier the better.
She daily rocks the red sequence boots with all she wears.

Thank You Jesus for each of these babies!

Meet Dayton

This post is coming in WAY late. but here is a picture of my first
team of the year. They come every year and their staff does teacher
training and bible studies with our staff while their students interact
with our students. Its a great week that both the staff and students
look forward to every year.
Thank You Jesus for faithful teams!
