Thankful

I was thankful to get to meet up with these beautiful ladies this weekend.

It gave me the little bit of 'home' I needed to keep going.

Holiday

 The week before I flew back to the states I was lucky enough to have

Sarah and Lisa come hang out with me for a few days.

The last few days they were with me we spent in Mobay.

This may have been my favorite spot at the resort.

 we did a lot of this.......

 and taking pictures.

Snorkling was probably my favorite thing to do there. There

were so many cool fish.

the girls told me I had to 'dress up' the first night we went to dinner, 

so I did. Then I learned that it wasn't necessary... so from then on

I stayed in my shorts and tank top:)

Catch Up

 I think this is about a 5 week picture of the addition going on

at New Hope. The outer walls are us about all up, the back

fill is in, and hopefully now the walls are up and the floor

is poured!

Meet Maleak!

Maleak came to New Hope a week before I left for the states. He is

 a fun little boy, who seemed to come alive in the short

week I was able to spend with him. He went from a quiet

non active kid, to a happy, very vocal little boy.

Please be praying for Maleak!

T and Me (and Kates!)

Tamara was back and this time for 2 weeks!

It was awesome, mostly because this is 'home' for her as well and so

I get to hang out with her and not host her because she fends for herself:)

 Our days consisted of New Hope.... and thats about it.

She loves it as much as I do so we both soaked in lots of time 

with the kiddos there.

The night before Tamara flew out Kates flew in so we picked her

up at the airport and were able to have a girls night in Mobay before

Tamara flew back to the states and I took Katie in to Mandeville

with me.  We met up with Blake there (who she really came to see:)

Getting to hang out with her was just an added bonus for me!

Ready or NOT

This time I am going to go with Not (yet). With the addition going on at New Hope and having friends coming non stop the last few weeks, going back to the states is not even on my radar yet. BUT since I will be back in the states in a week..... I thought I would give you all the heads up. First thing I will be doing a family vaca but around the first of Aug. I will be free so let me know if you want to meet up. Love you and See You Soon!

Amen or Ouch...

Today in Church we had 2 special things.

1) Hands in Praise sang for us and I loved the song they sang.

2) Tony preached today about Amen or Ouch. The only two

responses you can have when you read the bible. Amen if you

are agreeing with what you are reading, and Ouch if God is

using what your reading to convict or teach you.
