Roanoke

This past week I was able to hang out with the Roanoke ACWR team.
They were my 5th team in 3 weeks, and I was thankful for all they
did for us while they were here. They were a fun group and they
did such a great job loving on the kids and staff here at KP, and
also on me and Neiah.

Thanks Roanoke.

water balloons

The kids had so much fun launching water balloons
with the Roanoke team.

And of course if they are being launched, then you need
some to try and catch the balloons launched.

The kids loved it!
This kept them busy for hours!

Teams Teams and More Teams

This month so far I have had 4 different teams in 2 weeks.
and team #5 arrives today.
 Midlothian, Texas
 Florida State University
 Birmingham Southern College
University of Kentucky

One more week before a break. Here we Go!

The Down Side to Saturdays.

The down side to Saturdays is my neighbor does her cooking for the week.
We have yet to figure out what she cooks, but the smell is so strong and so
awful (think burning electrical). That I have to put a fan in the door
way blowing out so the smell doesn't completely overwhelm us as
it infiltrates the house. So thankful she only cooks one day a week.

Joining the 'Club'

After an exciting year and doing my best to be fully surrendered and trusting
God as He leads, on Tuesday my daughter Neiah was officially placed with
me as a foster child. The moms on the teams I was working with then offically
welcomed me to the 'mommy club'
So excited to see what God has planned for us as we start this journey.
