after we were done with the sea container.

to help celebrate at the birthday party too.

Sea Container

On Monday and Tuesday of this week we were able to unload
and distribute the final sea container for the year.

Monday was a LONG day. We arrived at the port to hopefully
'encourage' those at port to get moving and get us the container.
THANKFULLY we got it opened and unloaded before the port
closed for the day.
The unloading of the container into the box trucks
the 'over seers' watching the process:)
 Unloading the first day....
 and the second day....
we worked a lot harder the second day but it felt good to get it
all done.
Praise Jesus for another container delivered!

Typical Days Photo Dump

This is my first 'free' day in a long time so I have been able to pull
the pictures off my camera that my kids have been taking for probably
a month or more:)
 Kara-Lee and Allesha
view of the chaos that is life!
playing 'hide the calculator' with prince charming.
The big thing now is building big sand 'mountains'  then smushing
them....
then building them back up and doing it again!
explaining notes I jotted down to the kids
 writing 'to-do' lists so I don't forget.
The shirt baby girl is wearing is perfect for her. It says:
'Being cute has gotten me this far'
So True, So True!
 snack time.
 Matthew
He is such a great kid. I am a huge fan.
putting itch cream on bug bites.
Felicia and Kara-Lee modeling the make up they just applied.
 Imari and I
monitoring the kids as they choose their snacks from the bag.
Shanel modeling her makeup covered face.
ready for the kids to get the camera out of my face!
these two girls are like a daily soap opera. So much drama!
Yesterday I asked Shaniqua about it, She was mad at Dadire because
she would listen so she was 'vex' with her. I asked her if Monday
they would be friends again, and she just looked at me like "duh"
of course we would be friends again Monday!
 Britania loves taking self portraits.
Trying to communicate with Blake :D
Blessings on your weekend!

O Christmas Tree!

The 'Christmas Tree' in the library is up and the kids
have been spending their library time making
ornaments to decorate it.

Praise Jesus for construction paper and pipe cleaners!

Lollipop

This week is testing at CCCD so I am
spending my days at New Hope playing
with my babies, and helping to get things
ready for Christmas.

Yesterday was a lollipop kinda day.

From about 1:30-3 each day I have a window
(that the kids are sleeping,or in their beds)
to decorate.  Its SO FUN to watch them wake
up from their naps and come out to see
what room was decorated that day.

Thank You Jesus for the small things!

Thanksgiving

This past weekend the CCCD missionaries
were able to meet up at JDV for a day to hang
out and celebrate Thanksgiving.
Ben and Krista did the cutting of the meat.
We all brought our favorite Thanksgiving dishes
and had an AMAZING meal!
 the Head of our table
 the rest of the table.
All the parents are out of the picture
so they must be getting things
for their kiddos.
after a wonderful meal, reading the story of the first
thanksgiving, and going around to share what we
are thankful for. We played games while our food
settled, before digging in to the Yummy desserts.

Thank You Jesus for these Wonderful people I get
to serve beside.
