Ready or Not....

Work team season begins Today!

One thing I KNOW I am ready for is Ms. Sharon and Ms. Jennifers
cooking! YUM!

Wednesday!

It has been to long since I have taken a camera
to New Hope so yesterday I did to capture life.
Love It!
My babes  dressed like a fairy
 Princeton
Jonathon almost ALWAYS has a blade of grass in
his hands. Why? no idea.
 Malcome,
Please be praying. recently he is becoming more and
more defiante, prayers for wisdom as we work
with him would be greatly appreciated.
Hopey getting her legs worked with.
 Super Sam!
Protector of all those in need.
 Ranique
 Judy-Ann
the newest addition to New Hope
Please pray for her family situation. Her
mom comes to see her all the time. Mentally
her mom is not able to care for her. She would
daily just walk up and down the road with Judy.
Thats why CDA stepped in to remove the baby
from  her care.
 Miss Trisha
 Miss Joy
 Look at that face!
It shows his personality perfectly.
PURE orneriness!
Sweet Channel

Yesterday I felt like I had finally found a little
balance. Today teams arrive. We will see
what kind of 'balance' we can find now!

A Little Joy

This is Joy,
She is one of the beautiful little girls at New Hope. This past week a
nurse was their volenteering. She professionally works with babies
just like Joy daily. While she was there she was able to do some
testing on Joy's legs. Her original thought was that all nerve sensation
was lost in her legs. That the communication between Joys head and
leg was not working. After working with Joy a little longer she was
encouraged by how Miss Joy did respond. There is still HOPE
that one day Joy could walk. Her legs will need to be worked with daily,
and surgery maybe needed, BUT there is HOPE!
Please be praying that Joy can get the continual stimulation to her legs,
and the daily exercise needed so HOPEFULLY she will one day
be able to walk.

Thanks!

One Week Down.

Its only been a little over a week since I have been back
But it feels like its been months!

Tuesday the kids started coming back to school.
Its been hard to see, I am so thankful for the students
that are here, but because of the finacial situation with the
ministry now, until the families pay the back fees they
owe for their kids coming to school here or  they are
willing to start a payment plan their kids can't come back to school.
Because of this now enforced rule there are what
seems like very few students here.
Some students have even come back and because their parents couldn't
or weren't willing to pay (some have the mind set that because
their kids have 'sponsors' they don't need to take the responsibility
to pay some of their kids school fees), the students were sent back home.

After school time with the kiddos.

Sheldon is back. He wasn't here at all last semester
but he was one of the first students here this new
semester.

When I am not at the school I am spending as much
time at New Hope as possible. God is continually
opening doors there and I am LOVING it.

I am also SO SO SO SO SO THANKFUL to be back where its warm,
and the 'typical' day looks just like this:)
 LOVE IT!

Thank You Jesus for a GREAT start to the New Year!

Last Day

The last few days I was in the states it was cold and snowy.
The last day I was there everyone came over to sled.
It was fun.

 Jax and Kensley loving it!
 Kensley and Mommy!
I love this picture:)
Jaxon LOVED being outside and sledding
we took a short juice box break,  while we
waited for colt to show up. Then he was
back out there til the end.
 A boy and his sled.
So fun to watch these two together
The big boys trying to snowboard/sled

Colt and his dog puppets (gloves) hitting the sledding hills.
Daddy jumping over/ out of the way as Jax came flying down the hill.
 Such a Goober!
Sister hanging out inside.
She was done much sooner then the boys were.

Thank You Jesus for these memories made!
