Mr & Mrs Education Week

T
This being Education Week, the staff has planned something
'Fun' to do each afternoon.
Yesterday we had the Mr. & Mrs. Education week pageant.
There was dancing and modeling and showing off of their intelligence.
 The Education week contestants
Mario and Shanel the runners up
Lashawna and Vernon the Queen and King of Education week.

They get to wear the sash and crown all week to school:)

Education Week

This is Education week in Jamaica. We started off the
week with a special church service here at Kp
The speaker was our own Mr. Karl Smith.
I learned that our dorm father was a pastor for 10 years
before coming to work with us here at KP.  He is
working here while he continues his theological studies
online. Its so great to see a dorm parent step up and
invest in the spiritual side of our students.
 Hands in Praise performing.
Ms. Wright came for a short time and was willing
to share with the students too.

Happy Education Week!

Another Praise!

Friday Afternoon Tevin and Kenisha (and their 3 older
siblings at another children's home) got to go back home
to live with them mom.
Please be praying for them during this time of
transition, and for the mom that she can continue to
provide the care they need.

And here is a little 'CHEESE'

Video Dump

A bunch of random videos from the past few weeks.
Lots of dancing and singing,
My favorite is the one of Kyle in his crib, singing
"Jesus loves me" to himself as he falls asleep:)

A Praise

Today my little Timothy left New Hope to go live with his dad.
It was hard to see him go, but I am so thankful he can grow up
with His family.
Please be praying for Timothy, his dad, and grandma
as they all transition into this new life together.
