Last Week

This past week I jumped up to the states for Granny's funeral.
While I was there I was thankful for the time to catch up
with the Hinrichsen family. Some of them I have not
seen in WAY to long.

I also LOVED hanging out with these guys/girl:D

Thank You Jesus for this unexpected time with them.

Another Angel

Today Granny went to see Jesus.
It was totally unexpected. Mom was just with her earlier
in the day, but Jesus said it was time for her to come
home and we Trust Him completely.

Please pray for Mom and the Hinrichesen Family.

head coverings

This past Sunday at church Debbie (one of the members)
brought us a plastic bag full of stuff, and asked Pam to sell
them in their tuck shop at JDV. When we opened it we
found that she had started making head coverings for us:).
Some were plain colors, some were rainbow, but my
favorite was the Jamaican ones!

JOC Team

Last Thursday we had our Jamaican Organization Committee
come down to spend the week with us. We spent some
time visiting the ministries we work with, and the
majority of our time in meetings.

I am blessed to have my Aunt Joanne and Uncle Alan
be apart of the J.O.C.. I have worked with my Uncle down
here a few times but this was my aunts first down down here.
I never realized how much I am like my aunt Joanne until
I was able to spend this past week with her. I guess I can
no longer deny that I am Norma Jr. Jr.:)

(Aunt Kate: FYI Aunt Pam was here in Nov. Aunt Joanne
was here last week. Now I'm waiting for you to come see
me:D )

Super Bowl

Yesterday after church Ben,Krista (the new missionaries at JDV)
and I drove down to Kingston to meet up with the rest of these
fun people to watch the super bowl.
It was fun to get away for the afternoon/evening to relax
and hang out with good friends.

Thank You Jesus for my friends and family down here!

Life

I love my life, I am thankful I can say that. Praise God
for His daily blessings.
This is life...

I am getting faster at helping the girls unplait their
hair on Saturday mornings:)

Britania is so embarrassed that someone took her picture
and her hair wasn't done.

Jevaughn now brings me a bouquet of flowers
just about daily. AND don't you even think of
touching them, trying to take them, or even look
at them funny or he will let you have it, as he
inform you that they are mine:)

This week God has really been convicting me to
simply love. I hear it clearly spoken to me through
my day. 'simply love them' Jesus says. Love them without
expectation, without motives, without reservation.
I am doing my best to do that now.
