Something we all learned in our missionary training was the
importance of a "good goodbye". We say bye to people who
come and go all the time. Its part of life. This morning
we had to say a really hard goodbye as we watched our team
members, our family, drive away from JDV for the last time
as they move back to the states today.

as they move back to the states today.
Hugs and a few words shared didn't seem like enough after4+ years of life together here on the island...
it finally came down to "see you later."
Such a mix of emotions as we watched them drive away.BUT we wanted to send them off right.
So we sent them off Huber style
and when we could no longer see them from the drive waywe all moved to the back of the house so we could continue to wave
until they made it to the end of the lane, started their journeyto Mobay, and we could no longer see them.
Please Pray for the Hubers. This is a Huge time of
transition for them. Please pray for clarity and peaceful
hearts through it all.
Praise God for already being there, no matter where
He leads.
"When it was time to leave, we left and
continued on our way. All of them,
including wives and children, accompanied us out...
and there we prayed. After saying goodbye to
each other... they returned home."
Acts 21:5-6
